Admissions Process

STEP 1: If you like what you read here,
call 785-843-6800 for a tour and an informational brochure.

STEP 2: Tour our school and campus.

STEP 3: If you like what you see, submit the application along with a $50 nonrefundable application fee.

STEP 4: You are notified by our Registrar that your application has been received. If your child is too young to enter at the time you apply, or there are no available openings, your child’s name is placed on the waiting list.

STEP 5: Your child’s space is confirmed by a phone call. You will be sent the required paperwork, many of which are required by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, for your child's Raintree file.

STEP 6: Once Raintree receives the required paperwork and the enrollment deposit (equal to one month's tuition), your child's name will be placed in the class roster and you will receive either an invitation in the mail or a phone call from the teacher inviting you and your child to an orientation at Raintree.

STEP 7: You and your child attend an orientation where you receive a Raintree Handbook and a list of items to bring on the first day.

STEP 8: Your child’s first day! Your child is now a full-fledged Raintree student!
